During Jean-Paul Gaultier’s time at Hermes, he revolutionized the house’s classic styles in many new and exciting ways. On the fall 2007 runway, Hermes aficionados got their first glimpse of the Mouton Shearling “Teddy” Kellys, which came down the catwalk in multiple sizes, colors and coordinating materials. The muffs that many models had their hands held cozily within became an instant collectors piece, although not a terribly useful one to be sure.
